Deb is a very highly experienced British Sign Language teacher, teaching nationally both face to face and online. Teaches BSL to groups, 1:1 and organisations and Deaf Awareness training. Deb is bilingual, fluent in both English and British Sign Language

Deaf herself Deb is also a Director at Deafinate Matters CIC (DMCIC) and personally set this up in 2020. This involves facilitating groups for D/deaf people and offering guidance, support and advice using a person centred, non judgemental, inclusive, supportive, friendly but professional approach

Deb’s professional background has involved managing services in the health and social care field in addition to working with Deaf/Blind people and teaching sign language to families to introduce signs to newborns and children of all different ages
