Being Deaf himself, Stepen teaches with an enthusiasm and honesty that is hard to match. Much of Steve’s skill in teaching comes from his own learning experience and a deep-seated pride that comes from being part of the Deaf Community.

Steve studied at the Sheffield Hallam University in Information Technology and have since completed various professional qualifications in order to teach BSL. Also has a well established grounding in the culture, social aspects and language being profoundly Deaf from birth.

Steve currently works within a local council in a part time role and has been teaching BSL in various settings for over 22 years at different levels in Norwich, Kings Lynn and all over UK. Fully experienced at teaching people from all backgrounds and with little or no knowledge of deafness or sign language.
